Because I've been a negligent blogger, I must now do a January post to make up for my lack. Since it's been awhile, I guess I forgot how to upload pictures because they ended up in the wrong order. So we'll start with the end of the month and work our way to the beginning.
On January 31st Ken celebrated his 33rd birthday and I "skipped school" to hang out with him. We went to the Blazing Onion for...what else, BURGERS!!
Then we went to not one, but TWO of the areas finest donut shops:
That night we had the family and some friends over for dinner, which Ken cooked himself. He also read his guests a story:
He also had his guests sample the donuts...FROST won!
Rewind to mid-January. Ken prepared and cooked cow tongue and bull frog and had Ben, Aileen and Emmanuel over for yet, another weird food fest.
This is the cow tongue (I must admit, I thought it was rather tasty...at least more tasty than I expected):

At some point in January, Leah got new glasses:
And her own guitar! She actually saved up most of the money to buy this herself!
That sums up January....hopefully February will go a little better in the blog department!

In January 2010, Levi and Ken took up hot yoga...okay they didn't really, but they should have. They're naturals!
In February 2010 we experienced a day so hot I comfortably wore my sandals - 2010 seemed to have many off those odd weather days.
In March 2010 Leah turned 8 and Levi turned 6. They celebrated with a crazy Pump-It-Up party:
Also in March, Hannah watched Ken have his eyeballs lasered! Seven minutes later? 20/20 vision!
In April 2010, Hannah travelled with Amy and the five Parsons kids to their new home in Florida where they were reunited with Paul! This is the happy Parsons Family on Aislynn and Amari's first birthday, which was also Hannah's 31st birthday. What a memory!
In Florida, I stepped in the Gulf of Mexico for the very first time!
In April 2010 we also ventured east to bond with the happy Bringhurst family in Pullman:
In June 2010, Levi completed Kindergarten!
During that reunion we participated in a parade and won a prize!
In July 2010 we ventured to Mount Saint Helens! Gorgeous!
We also hiked to Lake 22 where Hannah survived an unfortunate sliding-off-a-rock-into-the-water incident. Leah's an awesome hiker:

In August 2010 we celebrated our 10 year anniversary at Tillicum Village:
In Spetember 2010 Levi joined his first soccer team - AKA Orange Crush!
In November 2010, two puppies entered the family (pictured below is Corduroy with Grandma Pete):
2010 ended in style - Peterson style! We can't wait to see what 2011 has in store for us!
